- 2 prenatal visits to discuss prenatal education, birth wishes, support options
- ongoing text/phone/email support during pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum
- on-call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks
- physical, emotional, informational and advocacy support
- education on comfort measures during labour
- support and education for the partner or other support persons
- continuous support during labour, once you feel support is needed
- one postpartum visit to debrief the birth, discuss feeding, let you rest, etc
- postpartum information package including milk storage guidelines, milestones in the first 2 years and a newborn care guide
- Birth Pool Rentals are also available at an extra cost.
- TENS machines are also available at an extra cost.
