Feeding your baby is deeply personal and sometimes (a lot of the times), it can feel overwhelming. I’m here to support you with compassion, evidence-based guidance, and zero judgment. Whether you’re nursing, pumping, combo feeding, or navigating the ups and downs of feeding, my goal is to help you feel confident, calm, and connected to your feeding journey.

As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and student IBCLC, I bring both clinical knowledge and heart-centered care to every family I support. I believe there’s no one “right” way to feed a baby, only your way, and I’m here to help you find it with clarity and confidence.
